    Ridiculous and over the top. Youth expressed in excessive trash and so much Britney Spears. The nadir of society is shown here, but with the positive spin that some people actually wake up from their false dreams

    1. A male power fantasy with female characters. We see the girls take action to seize money, drugs, and sex with all their might. This seems a play on the usual male power fantasies

    Badass and pretty cool. Tomisaburo plays a Japanese James Bond on a mission of peace.....by killing a whole legion of folks. We see here some beats lifted directly from the Zatoich series, some Western style standoffs, and a duo of dangerous femmes. This is all a wonderful potpourri of pulpy fun, set with a Morricone style score and a great historico-political setting of pre Meiji tensions between the Bakufu and upsurgent Satsuma.     Extraordinarily uninteresting. Eggers has finally delivered a dud. Despite his usual style being present, the movie never seems to really come to life.
