And yet, it strikes such sincere cords on the durability of family, the inevitable traditions that both blight and enrich society that it is mysteriously powerful. Ridiculous and over the top. Youth expressed in excessive trash and so much Britney Spears. The nadir of society is shown here, but with the positive spin that some people actually wake up from their false dreams

Extraordinarily uninteresting. Eggers has finally delivered a dud. Despite his usual style being present, the movie never seems to really come to life. It was gross at times to be sure and the actors seemed to be trying pretty hard at times. But what can be said when no scene felt interesting to watch?
