Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom 2023
Going back in time for this one because 3 months later this movie still pisses me off in a way I haven't felt since Rise of the Skywalker. Everything good about the first one is gone. Knox Goes Away 2023
Very well acted but sadly a tad bloated in plot. The opening triple homicide plot line is much less engaging than the Marsden Keaton dynamic. That being said when it was good it was very good. The idea of father losing his past while son loses his future was a great plot device and led to some great drama between the main pair. In fact I could have done without Al Pacino entirely, Keaton's notepad served the same purpose if it meant more of them. Their final scene is particularly poignant.

Bullet Train 2022
A better live action anime than anything Netflix has put out. Movies got endless amount of style and charm although the story goes off the rails after the opening act and the film drags with alot of exposition in the middle. The final acts action scenes are bananas though and the movie throughout does a great job of showing not telling. Worth a watch.
