God I just adore the special effects in this movie. The matte paintings and models are so cool. I love the aesthetic of this Trek movie. Something about the carpeting and the plush leather chairs.

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga 2024
Sorry this still rips. Seeing it in IMAX was a religious experience. Even though this 4K disc looks great I really missed the size. Sure the special effects are a little wonky but it really adds to the fantastical look of the whole movie. It’s an incredible brutal apocalypse epic. I loved it even more this time. The very ending still kinda sucks. I don’t think it needed to tie into Fury Road so directly.
