  Vitello tonnato. 
  All on paper it seems like a craving high teenager put together everything there is. 
  Some thinly cut veal. Then mix together mayonnaise, tuna, anchovies. Pour it over. Top it with capers. And because his eyes were bigger than his stomach he stores the leftovers in the fridge. 
  The next day something of real beauty has been created.

  Like a steak. 
  But it’s burned to coal.
  Served on a giant constantly farting asshole as a plate. 
  Eating it with those little spoons attached to the lid of a Häagen-Dazs ice cream. 
  Side dish is licking the Dorito fingers of the fat kid in school (my younger self). 
  God I fucking hate this piece of shit.
