This movie was fun. So action-packed compared to what I’m used to from later Ghibli! The protagonist is also probably the most chivalrous character I’ve seen in a movie for a long time, and he’s probably 13 or something. Props

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade 1989
After the weirdness of Temple of Doom this has the same tone and thrills as Raiders. Marion was a much better character than Elsa but at least Indy is less of an asshole here. Spielberg action scenes are just the best. Also, I think this is my first Sean Connery movie (he’s really good)

I just had the best time watching this. I read that someone called this the longest cat video ever, and that’s honestly already right up my alley. Watch this to see cats being cats, dogs being dogs, capybaras being capybaras, etc… all wrapped up in a beautiful post-apocalyptic (?) adventure film with 0 human dialogue. Animation and music are stunning.
