this movie was way better than i expected it to be. such a crazy story about how mcdonald’s came to be, but honestly i can’t blame ray at all it just made too much sense. while i definitely feel for the mcdonald’s bros, if ray hadn’t come around mcdonald’s likely wouldn’t be the global phenomenon it is today… but is that really a bad thing? interesting. either way, watch this shit if you haven’t, it’s great

This was such an interesting story. This movie, while on the surface focused on the creation of the atomic bomb, was really about the question of morality tied to it. Cillian Murphy gave such a powerful and emotional performance and should easily be in the running for an Oscar. His performance was somewhat reserved but the emotion he was able to portray simply through his facial expressions was incredible.

The buzz and chatter surrounding this movie was different to any film or show I have ever seen in the past. My expectations were so high it felt like I was bound to be let down, but I wasn’t. Everything about this movie was insane, whether that be the character arcs, the story, the visuals, the soundtrack, the villain… EVERYTHING. I was left completely speechless at the end and now I sit here longing for part 2 to release already.…
