  I expected this movie to be perfection & parts of it were: 
  Cynthia Erivo — flawless flawless FLAWLESS 
  Ari was SO funny as Glinda! I was giggling the entire movie!
  Jonathan Bailey’s “Dancing Through Life” has been replaying in my head since I watched it. That scene made me miss dancing. Oh, to be a backup dancer in that number. (Also in “What is this feeling?”) 

  However, it didn’t have that spark of a 5 star movie that musicals usually give…

  I laughed more in this movie than I have in movies for a long time. 10/10. Heartwarming. Action filled. Also not the spiritual realm?!?

  Listen… say what you want… I really enjoyed this movie. 

  First, Anne Hathaway— queen!! This film was no different!! 
  Second, I usually DESPISE age-gap, but this one I didn’t mind because he actually pursued her! It was lowkey refreshing. 
  Also, LOVED the movie’s color palette! It was so vibrant spring colors! 

  Would I watch it again? Debatable. Maybe if someone else suggested it, but I’m glad I watched it the one time.
