Brilliant from front to back, narrative creativity at its peak. Adapting a Pulitzer Prize winning story in first-person and doing it near flawlessly is an insane endeavor. I truly haven’t felt so shaken leaving the theater in quite a long time.
The two young actors at the center of the film deserve so much more coverage than they have been receiving.
