I didn’t appreciate this movie as a child. But I do now. I can only imagine what this theater experience would have been like in 1939! Brilliant.

This was a brilliant story to unravel! There were layers to this film that I’m still sitting with. Sebastian Stan out did himself with this performance! Very impressive!
The theme was not given to me on a silver platter by any means. I was asking questions the whole movie in the best way possible. There is a right way to do ambiguous storytelling and this film nailed it.
