First time rewatching in a long time and def my first time since I watched shop around the corner. It’s very charming and I personally found it easy to ignore the silly things, like how quickly she forgave him.

This movie was a great time. Was it a Good movie? Probably not but it felt good to be back in a real mcu opening night crowd. It’s been awhile since an mcu release felt like an Event, and they had to use some cheap tricks to get there but who cares!!
So fun to watch and really connected with (28 year old) Alana in a way I didn’t expect to. But yea not quite sure how to square all the good parts and the warm feeling I had throughout with the ending.
