Perfect Days 2023
in the daily grind and “what’s next” in life, this film felt like a blanket of contentment that was so soothing to watch. the quietness encapsulated the movie’s meaning so well. your life doesn’t have to be this complex daily hustle crazy thing and it also doesn’t have to make sense to everyone. the quietness is just as beautiful and gratifying as the loudness.

Heretic 2024
my goodness, don’t remember the last time a movie gave me this much chills (in a way that had me gripped to my seat never knowing the next move)
fantastic acting on everyone’s parts in this film. have to give Sophie thatcher yet another shoutout because her performance was incredible. but so was Chloe East’s and Hugh grant’s. the plot was something that felt so fresh, the character development throughout made the film feel so flushed out which I enjoyed. overall, I’m still scared but definitely a great watch.
