“One of Them Days” is a pleasant surprise! Keke Palmer and SZA have amazing chemistry, and their performances make the film. It’s a simple story with sharp humor and clever political jabs. If you're after a fun, light comedy with some heart, this one’s definitely worth a watch.

I would give this a 10 just for the unique and interesting camera work; but of course no horror film is perfect. It's refreshing, doing away with standard horror tropes (not many jump scares of ghost-in-the-mirror moments). Instead, it is filled with fun, sometimes bizarre sometimes creepy elements.

While it won't necessarily scare you to the core, it is wholly entertaining and I do believe fans of the Evil Dead franchise or body horror will enjoy this. I was not…
