If you think you may be suffering from skinny dipping related hypothermia, quickly and calmly make your way to the closest rave and surround yourself with as many weak chinned mouthbreathing twerking Brits as you can find.

You know how in Deadpool and Wolverine the two characters had healing powers which in turn meant there were no stakes?

Death of a Unicorn is exactly like that but without all the pesky humor getting in the way.

Back in 2011 I was working at a movie theater and when Terrence Malick's The Tree of Life came out, we put up a sign that essentially said, "NO REFUNDS AFTER 20 MINUTES, YOU PHILISTINE STUPIDS!".

Babylon ALSO has a history of the world montage featuring Brad Pitt, abstract colored water droplets, dinosaurs, and the ability to walk an audience. Damien Chazelle was smart to put his at the END of the movie. Too late for refunds now, ya stupids!

    Janet Planet

    ★★

    -90’s nostalgia

    -Summer camp

    -Cults

    -Awkward kids coming of age

-Casey Jones from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

These are all things I find infinitely appealing, which means I should have absolutely adored this film.

But, much like the oscillating fans featured in multiple rooms of Janet's home, as soon as I would catch the cool breeze of something interesting, the fan would turn away, leaving me sucking on stale air.

Instead of finding out what happens when the mother dates…
