You can tell when this movie was made. The voices are pretty obnoxious and the plot is all over the place and drawn out. Definitely a kids movie but one that doesn’t transfer to adulthood very well.

Ghost Rider 2007
Solid action movie. The cool effects made up for what the plot and dialogue were lacking (mostly) so pretty middle ground. Originally had this at 2.5 but I’m a sucker for some fire debauchery so I’m fucking with the character based on vibes and aesthetic alone.

This movie was absolutely awful. The franchise should sue David. The entire theme of rapist convicts was fucking weird and unnecessary. The effects were garbage. The dialogue was garbage. And since I have the pleasure of watching the first two immediately before it is very clear this movie is an embarrassment to the entire franchise. So for the sake of my enjoyment and willingness to watch more I’m going to act like this movie never happened and anyone getting into this series should do the same.

The action was good and it’s definitely the best example of an alien horror movie. Not much new to the story as it just drew from all the other movies but I don’t think that was the goal so eh. Good watch. The human alien monstrosity was actually horrific.
