Ah the French, they love their fast cars, fainting spells, cigarettes, gorgeous black and white cinematography, etc.

Disgust generated more from the denial of wrongdoing than from the wrongdoing itself. Sensuality turned to an act of supreme transgression. This is the first Breillat film I've seen, but I'm sure I'm going to be taken by her work.

Nasty, gory, and every bit as terrifying and mind-bending as the first film. However, the "twisty" ending falls flat by being incredibly obvious from the jump. Everything that takes us to that ending is absolutely worth the thrilling ride, though.
