It's the devil's tipple !!! Lol
I enjoyed how much this film actually thinks about drinking. Like of course it's mid life crisis repressed men yada but it really was also genuinely about alcohol in a way that wasn't naff.
Cos it takes the edges off. And isn't that lovely and disinhibiting and maybe allows us to perform something more ideal, more 'real' and appreciate life? Or is it this intrinsically alienating force.. Pulling us out, away, floating off ?…
