Pretty standard kids fare with a somewhat saccharine message, but wonderful animation and quality voice work make it a fun watch. Strong pacing in the first two acts where it's not afraid to dive into the next part of the story, but the third act gets a little muddled with characters suddenly appearing that I assume had more buildup in the books.
I was mostly just impressed at how many times this movie for kids talking about small baby animals potentially dying. Good stuff!
