Mannnn….. I really wanted to like this one. I REALLY tried! I was so ready to go to this films defense and give it a proper shake, since everyone seemed to have already decided this movie was trash, but… unfortunately, the consequences was correct here.
I will say, all the vfx and production design is immaculate. An almost complete 1-to-1 adaptation of many of stalenhags original works. Anytime the film just shuts up and lets us soak up the atmosphere…
