All of Us Strangers 2023
Touched on really personally sensitive topics that I've never witnessed outside of myself before, and in that way it was kind of comforting that I'm not alone in my experiences, but overall devastating and hit on lots of very specific sore spots for me.
I felt physically sick at the end and thought I might have to leave.
Overall an impactful film. The dialogue, actors, soundtrack, all perfect.
I kind of wish I hadn't seen it in the cinema. I felt really emotionally raw throughout and being that vulnerable in a packed cinema was really uncomfortable.

Past Lives 2023
Feel like we've all mourned lives we could've lead had certain circumstances been different. I felt so many things after.
It feels unfair that life can be like this, but also it feels weird to feel it is unfair when the life you're living now isn't a bad one, and often is the one you intentionally chose.
