  So beautiful, the kind of maddening nightmarish art that really activates a specific part of my brain. The first chapter is easily my favourite thing I've seen this year. Divine Comedy meets Abe's Odyssey meets David Firth. It's so captivating and visually arresting, I was almost giddy. The assassin as a character, whilst mute, carries an emotional attachment to the viewer from the second things kick off. The descent itself in the opening shots are enough to put into perspective…

  As much as I loathe the term 'psychological thriller' (I regard it in the same light as IDM within the music world) this has got to be the magnum opus of any movie that fits that criteria. Gripping pace that is wonderfully disorienting. Fantastic tension building devices. That perfect level of intrigue that keeps you guessing yet you never quite get it right. Not to mention some really breathtaking scenes. This one is a gem for sure.
