  Good lord!

  I certainly didn't see that coming!

  Perfect Blue is a really tight piece of psychological drama. It didn't waste any time and was equally beautiful and horrific.

  A real movie-ass movie.

  For myself, and I am sure I'm not alone, a sign of a good film is that it passes very quickly.

  This felt like it was maybe forty minutes.

  Hey! I watched this on Remembrance day and I didn't even realise.

  About 2/3 the way through I was a little worried this would just be a series of set pieces for our heroes to navigate. However 1917 really moved beyond that especially right at the end.

  Good stuff.
