If I find myself saying "well, I'm glad this film exists" when credits roll, and not "wow that was amazing" or "I really enjoyed that", I think it's a good indicator I saw a 2-star movie. Incredible that Warner Bros gave Bong Joon Ho the opportunity to make such a messy, unfocused, goofy movie as Mickey 17. I think it's also just kind of crushing when a creator follows up masterpieces like Parasite and Snowpiercer with something so tonally different (even if there are strong, strong thematic similarities).
But Robert Pattinson is amusing in this at least.

Hey remember in the first 'Inside Out' when Joy kept Sadness repressed and that had negative consequences for Riley? And the resolution of the story was that Joy had to embrace Sadness for Riley to grow as a person?
'Inside Out 2' turns that idea on its head by having Joy repress negative memories, and going on an adventure where she learns to embrace negative memories & new emotions in order for Riley to grow as a person.
Still 3-stars "good",…
Theatrical version. Really the only Extended Edition scenes I miss are the ones surrounding Galadriel, and what she bestows to each of the Fellowship. Anyways, what more can you say? This doesn't have epic battles like 2 & 3 but it also feels so complete.
