  When you dive into a new film analysing it like it’s for your film coursework:
  
  visually the film is incredible - punchy vibrant colours amongst the mostly dark colour gradients, great use of lighting, and incredible set design (the stage sets oh my gawdddd)

  living for the little visual details (but I won’t spoil those 😉)

  I did think I’d hate the musical aspect of it more than I actually did, love love love the jazz / soul genre mix…
