Strange Darling 2023
Finally watched Strange Darling and wow it has so many twists and turns it gave me whiplash. The two leads were outstanding. Very entertaining all the way through and I can’t believe they did that much storytelling in a little over a hour and a half. I also loved it being told out of order, they really helped build the suspense.

Creed III 2023
Well, Creed III is the first Rocky/Creed movie without Rocky, and that really is a bummer and quite odd.
But, there was still decent stuff. The scenes with Donnie, Bianca and their daughter Amara were good. The actress playing their daughter is really deaf, and that was incorporated really well into the movie I thought.
I liked that Donnie and the younger Drago from Creed II are now friends. That was a neat wrinkle.

Poor Things 2023
Emma Stone is front and center in this movie and does a lot of heavy lifting dramatically speaking. Her performance is stellar and will win awards. Also, Mark Ruffalo leads a strong supporting cast.
Ultimately, though, this movie and I were not quite on the same wavelength. Overall, the story was just a little too out there for me. But your mileage definitely may vary.Translated from by
