Novocaine is one hell of a time at the theaters. It got shocks and laughs in my theater. The action set pieces is so creative as it centered around Nathan Caine’s disability. I love the film acknowledges the consequences of a regular person dealing out justice.

The twist in this film early on was genius and sets the movie to more than a generic action revenge plot. Jack Quaid and Amber Midthunder have such amazing chemistry.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from Mickey 17, but I was delighted by its humor and satirical take on politics. Mark Ruffalo’s Kenneth Marshall feels very eerily similarly to many of the elected politicians in the U.S. 👀.

Robert Pattinson is the star of the movie, what a talent he is. The ability to play Mickey 17 and 18 and give each of them different personalities, nuisances, and the voices! His voice work is elite.

Overall a fun, humorous, and horny movie. I just wished I loved it more as the world-building of the movie feels rushed and wasn’t a main focus of the film.

I cried during the last 10 minutes of the film. No lie, full blown tears. 🥹.

The first Inside Out was such a pivotal movie for me as I was experiencing all the emotions that Riley was feeling during that time as a 12 years old. The first movie connected me as I was growing into my own.

While this movie was missing the heart of the first one instead replacing it with adventure, there is still a lot to…

A perfect blend of humor, raunchiness, and actions.
Ryan Gosling is great as the comedic loser detective Holland Branch to Russell Crowe’s cool, calm Jackson Healy.

This movie cracks me up. Gosling is too perfect.
