knew literally nothing about this going in, except the title, which was enough to get me to watch it - and hell yeah this was a good time!
a very fun lil dark comedy, with a great setting. it's a one-location kind of deal, and I fucking love those. unexpectedly funny throughout, with some excellent deliveries and memorable lines, and just enough gore to tie it all together.
the pacing is key here, though, as plenty of films have attempted…

as a story this probably works, but as a film it never quite lives up to its potential. it balances the drama and comedy relatively well, it's just that neither of those are really that good. not bad, but not good - just like the film itself. great performances all around, and great potential, but that's about it.
