  This movie frustrates me a little bit. The acting performances are top notch, the movie looks great, and it's got a powerful story it's trying to tell. However, the main character, who takes up many different names throughout, is so uninteresting to me. All we know is that he's black, gay, quiet, and gets bullied. That's his entire character, and it never really changes. So much of this movie is trying to interpret what the writers and the actors are…

  One of the most fun movies I've seen in a while. As with the other Bong Joon Ho movies I've seen, it's quite on the nose with its satire and doesn't require some deep digesting to get his point. Ruffalo is fantastic and incredibly entertaining in what is almost comes off as cartoon-like Trump/Elon cosplay at times, and Pattinson really makes you feel how little self worth he has for himself.

  I know I'm a year late, but this getting snubbed in favor of Maestro is absolutely criminal. Really powerful movie with some fantastic performances across the board, bonus points for Tom Sawyer. All I'm saying is my brothers and I would be unstoppable in the ring.
