  I was supposed to see this show by myself in April 2023 but my cat died the day before and I was too grief stricken to go out on the town surrounded by a bunch of strangers. Now I wish I had gone because maybe it would have helped me process his death a little easier  🥲

  We had a good larf watching this but the true prestige was learning that Christian Bale is actually British. I kept telling Stevie that Bale was doing a terrible British accent…

  This movie felt very obvious and the twist confused me because I thought I missed the twist but I actually just understood the twist once the cat scene happened so the twist was nothing to me but here I am thinking about the twist as if I have still misunderstood the twist but I, in fact, saw the twist coming from a mile away.

  This shit still slaps!!!!!! It’s my civic duty to watch it at least once every 5 years to see how much I’ve retained from middle school. This movie went so hard that Stevie fell asleep and loudly snored while I yelled “HUZZAH!” along with Governor Swann. I watched this so many times in middle school that I even remembered that the huzzah scene is the cue for me to imitate the governor doing a giddy little arm punch to his soldiers. …
