Excellent, twisty turny rollercoaster ride of a movie. Watching a real animated movie the same week as all the ghouls on social media using AI to "ghiblify" their pictures was a real remedy for how depressing and bleak the Internet is becoming as a whole. This flick is superb! Art is meant to inspire others to make more art, a provoke thought.

Just simply excellent. The triumvirate of Tyrone Power, Charles Laughton, and our leading lady Marlene Dietrich are exceptional here and the direction from Billy Wilder is superb. I mean come on, it's a Hitchcockian Agatha Christie courtroom drama, what's not to like?

I'm struggling to empathise with Ronaiah, who seems to have come out of this pretty comfortable having, essentially, used a fake girl profile to experiment with her sexuality and totally torn down a young man's life in the process.
I also believe the Deadspin journalists were either: incredibly naïve to believe Big Sports Media would pick up their story about how Big Sports Media was failing to check their sources, and not instead sensationalise the part about the innocent party…
