  Kind of hate having to sit in contrarian judgment over what is presented to its audience as real people in dire straits going through extremely profound, powerful, heavy, dark, raw, open, and honest experiences, but this by and large just did not feel legit to me. In the end, I thought it was maybe 80% performative theatrics and 20% genuine, good faith group therapy.
