Many say that a sequel can never be as good as the original, and to them, I present American Psycho 2. Not only does it keep many of the original elements of American Psycho, but it builds and expands on them, bringing in inspiration from Silence of the Lambs for her FBI aspirations. Throughout the film, several of the shots were cinematographically interesting, including a mirror fade at a crime scene, some interesting shots at the river, and many more. The editing also was nothing short of phenomenal, with intuitive cuts that built tension throughout. 10/10 movie, Patrick himself would approve.

The unimaginable joy this film brought to my life was like if the Hoover Dam was blown up and the water was pure happiness. I have never seen such visually stunning effects and the storyline was enough to send me to the brink of tears. I was shocked that a comedy could strike my soul so deeply. If ever you trying to become a director, this is the film you want to study.

This film has nuanced plot points and deep detailed connections. the scientist and the whalewolf? Pure genius, but I felt like it wasnt wierdly sexual enough. The sexy nurse? Wonderfull! I loved the inclusion of voodoo magic as a functioning thing in the world. watching this movie made me feel like my eyes were being washed with pure gold, at times it hurt but it was good nonetheless.
with sore eyes,

An excellent feminist mastrpiece. I loved watching these girls fight for redemtion, riches, and recovery. From a historical standpoint, it is accurate to the mark and I would base my history essays off of this movie.
All in all a powerfully good film,
