They don’t make movies like this anymore. Small budget, tight script, good jokes, charismatic characters, cool creature design and practical effects. Immensely enjoyable.

Some of the scenes are really good. I got some March-2020 Covid19 flashbacks when they were watching first news reports.
But why Joaquin’s character who is an athlete and what it looks like kinda a bully, doesn’t have his baseball bat (or anything!) on him at all times?
Oh, and them forgetting a dog and kid’s medicine - is the most manly thing to do, sorry to be that person, but I doubt that any mother or aunt would do…
