  I was transfixed, this man is so goddamn annoying, I couldn't stop watching. Enchanting voyeuristic feeling watching this. Loved/hated it.

  Hmm! I love the concept, the terrors of living in a small community where your livelihoods are so tied together and exposed to harm, neighbour trouble, men behaving like they have been allowed to behave for millenia and ruining it all for everyone. This movie successfully made the Spanish countryside scary and off-putting and that's quite something! It actually made me think of the role buying land in Spain plays in European dreams of retirement quite a lot.

  HOWEVER - it was too long and monotone, reeling me in with tense scenes only to then release me back into boredom.
