Really powerful and so needed and technical masterpiece on top of that. I wish Netflix would pour more of their money into things like this instead of the slop they've produced in theast few years.

The Last Showgirl 2024
I enjoyed that and thought it did what it set out to do really. A great supporting cast too and Pamela Anderson is wonderful and fits the role so well and she never feels inauthentic or pretentious. Sure it could have done more but it was still a good 89 minutes, and Gia Coppolla channels Francis with brief One from the Heart esc imagery which I enjoyed a lot.

Bong Joon Ho, you've charmed me. The cast, the visual effects, the anti-capitalism and anti-Trump messaging, mwah! Every single cast member was superb, and it feels like I could watch this another 15 (or 17) times and still not get bored, and I might just.
