  straight poo from a butt. promising intro which definitely had me at the first twist, though it felt like it was reaching for underlying themes but was way off executing them in a meaningful way. i don't think this will be a memorable film to come out of 2025

  as someone who has had the gmail address “lydz4vamps” since 2010, i thought this was an incredible film and satisfied my craving for new vampire content. the set design, cinematography, atmosphere and performances were all so amazing. bill skarsgard is completely unrecognisable - i did not expect him to have a moustache. willem dafoe and his cats has to be one of my favourite things about this film. thoroughly enjoyed this!!
