Adolescence 2025
Feeling like I missed something because I did not find this compelling. One take gimmick made it not painfully boring but it got old after a while. I was completely out of it by the last episode, and ultimately found it emotionally manipulative. I think this type of story is important but could be told in a much better way. Zero subtlety and genuinely cringey at certain points. Performances were great though, especially in episode 3.

The Brutalist 2024
Had really high hopes for this one, but this is probably the dumbest I’ve ever felt after watching anything and the worst part is I have absolutely zero desire to rewatch it. Visually a spectacle and an outstanding score. Opening gave me chills.
