  Seeing this for the first time 3 months out from my former spouse leaving me was, well, you can imagine. Happily, it's just as good years later, even without the metric ton of catharsis and ugly weeping.

  Three ppl on my feed apparently ALSO woke up thinking about this one, so of course I had to pop it on with the morning tea and man. SO strangely soothing every time I watch it, immersion therapy for one of my biggest phobias (plants growing in skin), and life as a grasping, hungry, beautiful horror.

  Popping on today for obvious reasons, and man. It was my first Lynch, and confused as I was at 16ish, I was also choking up and breaking apart for Betty. And ain't that just what his work always does. I hope the sadness has ended.
