Irish vampire movie, match made in heaven for Castlevacula.
Pretty light on the comedy part of the horror comedy genre. Some downright harrowing stuff in here actually!
I really dig all the different takes on vampire lore, the characters are fun, but it does kinda end abruptly.

This one... I don't like as much.
Doom's aura has decreased to like a 10th of what it should be. His involvement in this movie makes absolutely no sense and ultimately contributes just about nothing. And then they drop him in a hole and forget to resolve him.
The power swapping thing coulda been fun, Doug Jones Laurence Fishburne (Dougence Fishjones) Silver Surfer coulda been a lot of fun, and y'know maybe actually having Galactus in the movie coulda been fun.

I watch this movie and suddenly I love overacting. The Brides who scream or trill or hiss every single line of dialogue they have. Dracula, slow dancing with himself, putting vibrato into every word.
