The Brutalist 2024
4 stars for simply the grand scale of this film. This one makes you think…so much heavy subject matter to deal with for sure. Visually stunning, epic score and amazing acting especially from the leads in the movie. Not sure it needed all 215 minutes however. I wish there were extras included in the digital purchase as I would like to have seen the making of, etc.

A Complete Unknown 2024
I was never a big Dylan guy over the years but the film does a great job of showcasing this period of his career which was cool to see. Loved the early portion of the movie when he first arrives in NY. To me this is a 3 star movie but upgrade to 4 stars for an absolutely incredible performance by Timothee Chalamet who was epic in this role.

The Last Republican 2024
We need more politicians who believe in their political stance but at the same time are open to a dialogue with the opposing side without malice, fear or insurrection. To me Adam Kinzinger is that person. The film was far more impactful to me than I thought it would be. Honestly I think this film needs to be required viewing for all Americans prior to the election. Well done!
