  You know, I actually liked this way more than I assumed I would given the 800 controversies. Is it a good representation of trans people? No. Are the songs good? No. Is the plot well thought out? No. Should this be nominated for Oscars? No. Is Zoe Saldana a “supporting actress”? No. 

  In the words of Benoit Blanc, “It makes no damn sense — compels me, though.”

  Easier to watch than Maestro and Nightmare Alley, and made me less mad than Promising Young Woman did. 

  Also I liked Zoe dancing on the tables at the gala.

  This rocks, a great funny and thrilling summer movie!!! M Night Shyamalan’s daughter is that girl, and Josh Hartnett is still hot.
