This is what you get if you rope a leprechaun into narrating a story shot with a dystopian space grime filter.

I'm more convinced than ever that rpats is a MAGICAL CREATURE and a genius. His body comedy was so perfectly timed, his voices so FELT (imagine what he could do with all 18 mikeys).

Bong joon ho's writing wasn't as clear and concise as usual, but still delivered on the 💫society💫 content. The satire was slightly obvious and hand…

3 stars because I acknowledge what this would have meant in 1947, and I'm so in love with the beautifully creative visuals and craft, but I just don't think the story still deserves such idolatry today.

I would love an interpolation about what isolation and fear does to a group of women instead.

Ps - the fact that sister briony remained immune to the feral charms of the orient + one hairy white man in bootie shorts on a tiny horse...

    Don't Look Up

A terribly coarse and derivative film. The only redeeming elements were waste yute timothee in general and j.lawrence's obsession with the potato chip sale.

I had to force myself to finish it over several sessions, only as a matter of pride and not bc i enjoyed it.

About a high stakes drug war involving the Downtown Abbey Butler, Shape of Water Woman, Lizzy II/altenerate universe Thénardiers, Mr. Bean, Ms. Sands, a chlamydia superpreader event, Oxford, and a dejected Hugh Grant.

The stakes in question? Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of a free drug market.
