It's so over-the-top, it's like watching a film that an alien cobbled together from watching Tik Tok videos, Bollywood movies, and teen romcoms. Or do real teens actually act this way? Anyway, it's both hilarious and cringe-worthy and there's really no in-between. It does sometimes manage to be sweet and the acting isn't bad. Also, the story is missing some crucial character development in the third act.

This is the fourth Little Women adaptation I've seen and I've thoroughly enjoyed each and every one. It's fascinating to see how they can take the same charming stories, the same lovable characters, and emphasize something different about them.

Not Cinderella's Type 2018
Aside from the atrocious acting, it was refreshing to see romcom characters being so open and honest with each other. It handled the love triangle in a surprisingly mature way for the genre. And the story did take an interesting turn halfway through.
