I put off watching this for half a year thinking it would be heavy, but it turned out great and way lighter than I thought. Loved anxiety and how they treated the concept and even the rocky teen years scenes were quite well done.

I don’t know if kids would appreciate this film, it definitely seems geared to older folks reminiscing about their teen years and raising teens.

About the only weird moment in this film was why I realized they changed voice actors on previous characters. I guess Bill Hader was too busy working on Barry? Tony Hale is great but I missed Hader.

The intro buildup was a tad long and was getting too silly but it turned into a nice little date night film by the end

I don’t follow comics so I go into Marvel movies cold, and it’s rare for their movies to feel fully fleshed out even if you’ve never read a comic about it.

I’d say this is easily the most entertaining of them all. Great story from beginning to end, beautiful set design, and a stellar cast. I’ve previously enjoyed the Guardians of the Galaxy and Captain America and some of the Ironman films, and Thor Ragnorok was the funniest but Black panther surpassed them all.

A great little film that mixes drama and comedy and honestly has the feel of a small theater’s stage production with long monologues and dialogues and a plot that leaves a lot of questions unresolved.

The visuals are good, as it’s also a road film about Poland. I love that they got all of this out of a tiny $3M budget.

I have a feeling the script on paper was just a so-so story about two very different cousins that…
