Simply a really solid Batman story.
Bruce dealing with one of his biggest failures was really interesting. I loved his relationship with Jason here.
The Red Hood mystery, while insanely obvious, is pretty fun and I loved the final confrontation here.
The voice cast is pretty solid and the animation looks alright, but my god is Nightwing ugly here. Really wish they would have used a different design for him.

Sadly I liked it even less on rewatch. There's some really good moments here, Morpheus and Agent Smith are pretty fun and I'm sure the effects and action were great for its time, but I just don't really care about the characters, the plot or world.
