Great crime movie. Goes through the war all the the way through prohibition. Lots of great little interjections through out making the world feel huge. The story is also rather huge in scope it would be an interesting pairing with Scorseses crime films it’s amazing how much they packed into 100ish minutes of movie.

I got the vinegar syndrome limited edition slip case version before it sold out and while I wouldn’t recommend spending after market pricing for it this is a really nice set. The movie and box both look really good. The movie itself is a mess though. so I have to think this movie through a bit more before 100% having my thoughts down on this movie, but I'm pretty sure I like it.
I love the first movie, the use of color as both a way to signify meaning but also to set a mood is amazing. I love the score it truly makes the movie what it is.

I loved suspiria and really enjoying other Argento but I didn’t like this at all, but the goblin score was so good and almost made up for the rest of the movie being a mess. This kind of feels like a b sides to suspiria of like hey we need to explain all this nonsense and it’s just not my thing.
