  Glenn Powell can barely scrape together a couple of interesting looks and a few charming line reads in this fucking boring slop. Anthony Ramos was the only one there for something other than a paycheck (and that includes the director). Why do these tornado experts keep explaining tornadoes to one another?!???   I know this would’ve been a radical change to the Napoleon lore, but what if they had made him super trigger-happy? Like if his nickname was “Twitchy Napoleon” and he always had a pistol in one of his hands in every scene, sometimes a pistol in each hand, and every so often he’d be talking to someone and just blast them in the face and everyone would carry on like nothing happened. That would’ve made this a really good movie
