  A fun but predictable thriller, keeping focus and never losing its steam. Sophie Thatcher is an incredible lead, with Jack Quaid being insufferable as hell. It’s like a niece to Meghan in its narrative and action.

  It’s my least favorite Luca Guadagnino movie, unable to keep my attention and losing its grip on the story that’s already very thin. The chemistry between Daniel Craig and Drew Starkey is very strong and both actors nail their parts but I missed connection and direction in their storylines. The themes like drug addiction, loneliness and self exploration are beautifully shot and its cinematography was one of the highlights. Otherwise, not really my cup of tea.

  Damn, I wasn’t ready to submit to the Kenergy of Ryan Gosling and the world domination of Margot Robbie as Barbie! Barbie just hit all right notes on all the right levels. It’s completely self-aware, politically correct and true to Barbie’s themes. Everybody can relate and you can connect so easily with a Ken, a Barbie or even the humans. Movie of the summer, and even maybe of the year! And wow, the monologue by America Ferrera was sublime!
