  i thought american capitalism was pretty bad but kurosawa makes it seem like japanese capitalism will turn you into a psycho murderer at the smallest inconvenience. wish this was longer and more fleshed out but served its purpose and made me wanna rewatch Cure.

  had to sit in the front row of my theater cause i got tickets last minute, neck hurts from looking up but it was worth it. I could’ve sworn this was gonna end like 3-4 times before it actually did, shoulda known better as Hitchcock’s rep precedes him as the master of fakeouts.
