I was in the mood for something making fun of fascists for some reason and this fit the bill. I’ve seen this many times and it was only the last few that I realized it was released in early 1942, when the US was just newly in the war. At the time it was considered to be in bad taste, but few things are as painful to fascists as being made fun of.
